At Oak Hill Elementary the first few days of Kindergarten are unique and engaging!

 

Our Kindergarten and Intervention Teams collaborate to create an engaging and exciting introduction to school for our new Otter Pups. Planning ahead for the first few days of Kindergarten is essential for setting a positive tone and establishing a welcoming environment for our students.

 

Through our Kindergarten Camp, students have the opportunity to interact with multiple staff members and build relationships early on. This helps them to feel more comfortable and confident in their new school setting. Additionally, by rotating through all of the Kindergarten classrooms, students can become familiar with the campus layout and learn where they will be spending their time.

 

Starting the school year on a positive note can set the stage for a successful academic year. Our Kindergarten Camp gives our Otter Pups a great start!
