Oak Hill Elementary's Big Buddies fosters a sense of community and support among students of different ages. The program pairs older students with younger ones, giving them an opportunity to form positive relationships and learn from each other while promoting a positive attitude toward learning, and strengthening their social-emotional skills like communciation, empathy, compassion and patience.
